Stayed last week and I absolutely loved everything about my stay. Shoutout to Ched (Eddy) at the Valet! He was so attentive and took the time to make sure everything about our stay was up to par. People like him would make us come back all over again.

I had a great experience at the W hotel. Service inside was great, but especially outside with the valet. I was helped by Jeremiah, who went above and beyond and offered excellent service to me. I could tell he was passionate about helping others and genuinely cared about my experience.

April 2026: Stayed here for four nights and enjoyed my stay. Got a room on the 12th floor. I got a room with two queen beds, which was less than ideal 😞. Overall, bed and pillows were comfortable. Room HVAC had good temperature control. Generally, was quiet. Location was perfect. Lots of places to eat. Good coffee trailer about two blocks away (Desnudo). Would stay here again.

This was our second stay at the W Austin, and it completely changed our impression in the best way❣️ During our first visit in the summer, the pool was extremely crowded, which unfortunately lowered our overall experience🤔However, this time we stayed in a different season, and everything felt much more relaxed and enjoyable🎶 The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious😋 and the location made it very easy to explore Austin on foot. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming to our children. Their warmth and attentiveness made our kids feel comfortable and happy, and they truly enjoyed staying here🥰 Thanks to this second visit, we were able to fully appreciate the quality of the hotel, and our overall evaluation has greatly improved. We would definitely choose to stay at the W Austin again the next time we visit the city😄

I had an amazing stay at the W. The room was gorgeous, room service timely and efficient. Everything was seamless and we were accommodated so graciously. Dine at the Serenade! John was extremely knowledgeable about the wine selections for pairing and he was such a nice manager. The manager Alex was able to address a minor billing concern I had while checking out, he was extremely resourceful. 10/10. Would highly recommend.

10/10 hotel!!! I could not express how much I enjoyed my stay at the W. Such a nice hotel with amazing amenities & super friendly staff. My stay was very smooth & amazing. Check in was very quick & easy! My hotel room was very nice & clean. Valet staff were so nice & professional. I absolutely appreciate Adrian, a lovely valet staff member. He was very attentive & instantly brought out my car. Very pleased with my stay.

We love love love W Austin! Welcome manager Jordan took great care of us! It was a birthday + anniversary celebration and she made it very special and memorable for our stay 💜 it was one of our best experiences! The entire hotel and room are pristine! Been to many but not even all high end hotels can keep up with wear and tear sometimes and I can notice! So I’m very happy to see no flaws!! We love the designs throughout, very elegant and stylish. We had dinner, drinks and breakfast pastry at all the establishments within the hotel and were impressed by all. We enjoyed the place so much we ended up didn’t even go out! We were also very excited that they have a speakeasy, the Blue Room. Beautiful and we enjoyed our drinks and atmosphere. Do make a reservation early and check it out!

We checked in late and having booked on Amex we received an upgraded room, excellent! The corner rooms have beautiful views! Our bed was super cozy and comfortable. The shower was huge and the towels were soft. Greyson at the front desk was …

I had a wonderful time at the W during my state in Austin. It Was an experience that I want to forget in the next time I am here on business. I will definitely be staying here. I was especially impressed with the valet service there. The young man, Jerimiah was extremely courteous, and friendly and took very good care of my vehicle complete five star service all of the way.

Attending Gumball 3000 was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The energy, the incredible lineup of cars, and the overall atmosphere made it one of the best automotive events I’ve been to. Everything was well-organized, and you could really feel the passion and excitement shared by everyone involved. A special shoutout to Ched from valet services, who did an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. He was professional, attentive, and handled the constant flow of vehicles with ease, helping make the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Great events are made even better by people like Ched who go above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Gumball 3000 to any car enthusiast and can’t wait to attend again!
